It gives ordinary people like you and me the opportunity to share the Love of Christ with those who need it most and help them to make positive changes in their lives. Working with those that have the same passion and commitment towards this ministry is extremely rewarding.
How many years have you been on the Prison Fellowship board?
1 year on the National Board and 3 years on the QLD State Advisory Council.
How have you seen God change someone’s life through Prison Fellowship?
I have seen numerous prisoners’ lives changed through relationships built with our volunteers and chaplains, doing our programs and being mentored throughout their incarceration.
What would you say to someone thinking about supporting or volunteering with Prison Fellowship?
Get involved in some capacity it will change your life forever! The fulfillment you will receive from helping and supporting others will far outweigh the time and effort you put into this ministry.
